Michael Braner: Michael is the Managing Partner and Founder of 325 Capital with 18 years of investment experience and board roles at four companies, including one as Chairman. Before 325 Capital, Michael was a Partner at Sagard Capital, where he developed screening, diligence, and portfolio allocation processes. He previously spent 10 years at Bain & Company as a senior manager in the Private Equity and TMT Practices, working across multiple global offices.Michael holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and a PMD from Harvard Business School. He is Chairman Emeritus of the New York Landmarks Conservancy and a Trustee of Arbor Brothers. He lives in New York with his wife and two children.
Dan Friedberg: Dan is a Managing Partner and Founder of 325 Capital. Before this, he founded and led Sagard Capital, pioneering its investment strategy and specializing in governance, management team, and board relationships. Over the past 18 years, Dan has invested in public companies through Sagard Capital and his private firm, Hampstead Park Capital Management. He has served on six public and two private boards, including three as Chairman, and currently chairs Quest Resource Holdings Corp. Previously, Dan was a partner at Bain & Company, leading the New York and Canadian private equity businesses. He began at Bain’s London office and helped establish the Toronto and New York offices. Dan holds an MBA from the Cornell Johnson College of Business and a Bachelor of Science honors degree from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. He serves on the boards of Buttonwood Network, Triphammer Investments, and USA Field Hockey. Dan lives in Connecticut with his wife and three children.

He also served as a Managing Director in the Healthcare group at Vestar Capital, a $5B private equity firm. Anil graduated with honors in Economics from Harvard College and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
