Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Users are encouraged to take advantage of the trial period to evaluate the service and determine its suitability before purchasing a subscription. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances. In the event of a delay in publishing content, the subscription term will be extended accordingly to ensure users receive the full benefit of their subscription period.

Compensation

March Intelligence Research LLP receives compensation in connection with the publication of Site Content only in the form of subscription fees charged to subscribers and reproduction or re-dissemination fees charged to subscribers or others interested in the Content.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed, governed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, with the exclusive jurisdiction of Chennai, India.

Miscellaneous

Neither our Site nor its Content has been approved by any governmental agency or instrumentality, or by any self-regulatory organization. March Intelligence Research LLP is not registered as a broker-dealer with any securities authority, and nothing contained in our Site shall be construed as an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any securities or other investments.

This Agreement represents the entire statement of the agreement between you and March Intelligence Research LLP regarding your rights to access our Site and to use the Content and supersedes any other agreements or understandings, written or oral, relating to the above-noted subject matter.

By electronically indicating your acceptance of the foregoing Terms and Conditions of this Agreement or accessing the Site or using any of the Site's Content after you have had an opportunity to review this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that you intend to enter into a legally binding contract between you and March Intelligence Research LLP.
